I just wanted to take a minute to let you know that we are so glad we book the services of Crown Shredding. When we were preparing, more than a month ago, for a major cleaning of our office old files, we didn’t imagine how we could even get a Bin. But we got all the information we needed from the label of another Shredding Bin we had seen in another area of the building.
As soon as it arrived, we found it very convenient that we could “rent” the Bin for a one-time-service and be charged a fixed fee plus whatever the weight of the paper we tossed in the container.
Well, that one-time-service was supposed to be just that, but it really made the cleaning of our files easy and accessible for everyone in the office. And this is part of the reason that we have extended that “one-time” a couple of times already… the other part has been the great service we’ve received from everyone: the staff members picking up our Bins are always courteous and always leave a copy of the paperwork for each pick up; our invoices are sent electronically right away; and you always follow up with me to see how we are doing and to assess how you can improve the service for us.
We are waiting for our weekly pick up today and came to the conclusion that we would like to start our own account. We are very pleased with the service and it couldn’t have come at a better time! Returned phone calls are high on my list of things I appreciate. And Crown returned every call, something that is rare in business today. Brian, today you took the time to forward me some detailed information about Crown Shredding, just another example of you and Crown being proactive. We don’t have large shredding jobs very often, but you can be sure that Crown is the service we will use in the future. I am dropping you a quick note on how impressive your people have been through our move during the last month and a half. Deanne has been nothing but gracious and patient with me always calling and adding pick-up days. The drivers and pick-up personnel have been outstanding. They have moved boxes, file cabinets, etc. to get to the shredding bins when I am sure most companies would have told us we would have to wait until the next pick-up. But not Crown Shredding – they do not leave until they have found and emptied all of their bins, be it having to climb over mounds and knock down walls to get to them – all with a smile on their face! We owe all of them a huge “THANK YOU”!
Just wanted to say “Thanks Very Much” to Crown Shredding for the super service they provided recently. I first spoke to Brian on the telephone last week and was immediately impressed with his manner. His tone was pleasant and friendly and he answered all my questions regarding the service and costs very efficiently. Two very pleasant gentlemen arrived yesterday, took care of all my shredding and were gone again within maybe 15-20 minutes. I was very impressed. I am extremely impressed with the speed at which you, the pick-up crew and delivery responded to my request. After your office called to let me know the pick-up crew was on their way, I walked around and got the shredding together. As soon as I had done that, the driver arrived to pick-up! Our box was delivered before 3pm. The response time from when I sent the e-mail to when I received the box was no more than an hour. Amazing!
It was a pleasure dealing with you and your people. We had over 10 years worth of sensitive files that needed to be destroyed. It is a relief to know these files have finally been securely shredded. Your folks destroyed all of our records in a matter of hours. We look forward to having Crown work with us on a monthly basis, so we don’t get into this situation again.

She went above and beyond what I could have ever expected to make sure I was able to get my business taken care of. I was in a time constrain and she would not stop until she found a solution to my issue.
